The Deeps
The Deeps leadership structure is based upon Professor David Hargreaves notion of ‘The Deeps’ where the nine gateways to personalising learning are structured into four Deeps. Deep Leadership (Workforce Reform and Design & Organisation); Deep Learning (Learning to Learn, Assessment for Learning & Student Voice); Deep Support (Information, Advice and Guidance and Coaching and Mentoring); and Deep Experience (New Technologies and Curriculum Design).
