Physics Work for students away from the Academy


The following pieces of work can be completed by students who study Physics while the Academy is closed due to the bad weather.

Attempt questions 1, 3, 7 and 8 from the foundation paper for Unit 1
Other information at http://www.bbc.co.uk/schools/gcsebitesize/science/aqa/ click on Energy and Electricity then on Heat transfer and efficiency and read through the notes.
Prepare a page of A4 report on how to insulate your body and your home. Identify how to stop each type of heat transfer.
Work through any unfinished pages of the first two sections of your hitchhiker's guide if you have it.
