Consequences of Behaviour

The consequences of behaviour programme is intended to be part of our Academy ethos as it builds on the Praising Stars© process and will help all members of the Outwood Grange Family of Schools’ community to feel happier, achieve and seek excellence together.

The programme has been developed to enable us to implement a system where positive choices about behaviour result in praise and negative choices about behaviour result in a consequence.

The aims of the programme are;
